FORT WORTH -- The Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association Political Action Committee announced its support of Representative Warren Chisum for election to the Texas Railroad Commission.

"Warren Chisum has been a long time advocate for landowners in the legislature and understands the issues we face, especially when it comes to balancing ranching and energy production," said Joe Parker Jr., TSCRA president and TSCRA PAC co-chairman. "Warren understands that agriculture and energy work hand-in-hand and that we must take care of our natural resources above and below the surface. He also understands how important both are to our economy," said Parker. "Land and mineral owners will be well served by Warren Chisum on the Texas Railroad Commission and the TSCRA PAC is proud to support him," continued Parker.
