The voting process is for consensus purposes only and does not secure a spot for entrants to compete in the NBC 10 and Anytime Fitness Shape Up ArkLaMiss contest. It is at their, Anytime Fitness's, sole descrestion to determine who will be selected to compete in the NBC 10 and Anytime Fitness Shape Up ArkLaMiss contest. The winner of the NBC 10 and Anytime Fitness Shape Up ArkLaMiss contest will be determined based on the amount of body fat lost, by percentage, and will receive a trip for two on a cruise provided by Anytime Fitness. If selected to compete, various release forms must signed by the contestant, which will be provided by Anytime Fitness. Must be at least 16 years of age with parental consent to participate. Contest ends on May 31, 2010. |
