Police say someone reported a disturbing phone call where the man said, "I have killed them all."
The call was traced to 29 year old Thomas Ballard’s home in Delhi. Ballard told police he was excited about killing all the bad guys on his x-box game and was calling a friend to share the news.
As it turns out Ballard had an outstanding warrant out of Baton Rouge and was arrested.
