Police say, 35 year old Gregory Collins was on work release last weekend when he smuggled marijuana inside the jail...hidden in his shoe.
Work release is a program that allows selected inmates to work in the community while still in jail.
Collins was booked on one charge of bringing contraband into a penal institution.
He is being held without bond.
