Attempted Murder

Police responded to a disturbance call around one thirty this morning at Mandalay Bay afterhours club. According to reports, Marvin Davis got into an altercation in the club, creating a disturbance.
After the argument, Davis went out to the parking lot, got a handgun, went back into the club and started firing rounds. Witnesses state Davis fired at least three initial shots, hitting one victim in the hand.
Thats when officers arrived and told Davis to drop his gun. He fired two more rounds, police say, before fleeing.
He was caught, and booked into the Ouachita Correctional Center for disturbing the peace, resisting by flight, aggravated assault on a peace officer and attempted 2nd degree murder. Davis bond is set at $128,950.
