Website helps cops find robbery suspect

Police getting a lead on an armed robber and manage to catch the alleged criminal by looking up his last name on the sex offender registry. 26-year-old Dequarius Bias of Monroe is charged with armed robbery. It happened Thursday morning just after 2 a.m. at the Blue Monkey in Monroe. A man was robbed at gunpoint while attempting to walk into the bar to pick up a friend. The victim told police he was able to turn his head to get a look at the robber. Witnesses also recorded the license plate number of the suspects getaway car.
