Brothers Found Dead; Murder Investigation Underway

The Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office is investigating a double murder involving two brothers. Deputies were called to a home off Winnsboro Road Friday night were they found two brothers from Winnsboro dead.
The victims have been identified as 41 year old Dexter Burkhalter and 38 year old Russell Atkins also know as Russell White.
Investigators say Atkins was the primary resident of the home but we did speak to the home owner Monday who says she rented the home out to an unidentified woman and according to the home owner the woman has already moved out of the house.
It's believed the two were found by their other brother.
Investigators are still searching for the suspect but they believe drugs may have been the motive for the crime.
Both bodies have been sent to Little Rock for autopsies.
