Animal Control Company Justified in Shooting a Dog in South Arkansas

El Dorado Mayor Frank Hash says that Hartsell Pest Control was justified in shooting an unleashed dog on Tuesday.
According to Hash, the dog was being aggressive when animal control killed the pet.
