Local Business Owner Honored by Delta Regional Authority

The Delta Regional Authority released its report on the impact small businesses have on communities Tuesday in Monroe.
Chris Masingil, the Federal Co-Chairman of the DRA, choose Edible Creations in Monroe as the place to make that report public.
They report details the impact small businesses have on local communities, finding that local small businesses are responsible for creating over 91 percent of net new jobs.
Cynthia Nash-Butler started Edible Creations in December 2010. She has six workers on staff and next year will be expanding into Ruston.
