Cowboys Player Released From Jail

IRVING, TEXAS -- Josh Brent of the Dallas Cowboys was released from jail Sunday afternoon after posting a $500,000 bond.
The cowboys player is charged with intoxication manslaughter.
Brent was arrested early Saturday after a single car crash that killed his friend and teammate Jerry Brown.
Police say Brent was drunk and speeding when the vehicle he was driving clipped a curb and flipped.
Brent has a prior arrest for DUI while at the university of Illinois in 2009.
Intoxication manslaughter is a second-degree felony punishable by a sentence of two to four years in prison.
