Louisiana Tech Hires Skip Holtz to Replace Sonny Dykes

Recently fired head coach Skip Holtz, has found a new football home in Ruston. Holtz was named the next head coach at Louisiana Tech on Friday.
He was fired after three seasons at South Florida and will replace Sonny Dykes who left to take the head job at Cal.
He was 16-21 in three seasons there. The Bulldogs of Louisiana Tech won nine games this season and led the NCAA in offense.
This is his forth head coaching job after stints with Connecticut, East Carolina and South Florida.
