Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Deputies Searching for Kidnapping Suspect

The Ouachita Parish Sheriff's office is looking for a suspect wanted for kidnapping.
Deputies have obtained a warrant for the arrest of Eric W. Martin, black male, 5'11, 160lbs, brown hair, brown eyes, DOB 9/8/1976, for Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated 2nd Deg Battery, and Theft of Motor Vehicle with total bond of $100,000.
Martin's last known address is 203 Mullberry St. Monroe. He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, black pants, white shoes, black beanie hat, carrying a red backpack. Martin is considered to be homeless.
