El Dorado Lockout Continues at Milbank Manufacturing Company

On Monday, employees will vote on a new agreement regarding their contract that expired on Thursday.
Union employees weren't happy with the high insurance premiums and changes to the attendance policy and voted no against the contract, but still wanted to work until the issue could be resolved.
However, it's Milbank's policy that a lockout will happen if there isn't an agreement on the contract.
Milbank representatives won't comment on what the terms of the new agreement will be when the issue is voted on on Monday, but hope that both sides can come to an agreement.
