Milbank Manufacturing Lockout Ends; Employees Return to Work Tuesday

EL DORADO -- Officials of the company say that an agreement has been reached, but that they can't comment on the terms of the agreement.
Milbank Management says that they are pleased that both parties could come to an agreement and they are happy that employees will be able to return to work tomorrow.
The lockout stemmed from union employees being dissatisfied over the high insurance premiums and changes to the attendance policy causing them to vote no on the contract-resulting in Milbank having a lockout last Thursday.
