Monroe Police arrest a man they say was running a meth lab out of his apartment.
Donovan Delaney is charged with operation of a clandestine methamphetamine laboratory.
Police say Crimestoppers received a tip that was passed onto Monroe Police and Metro Narcotics.
Bond is set at $20,000.
