Town of Ferriday to Discuss Raising Trash Rates

The Town of Ferriday will hold a public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting next month to discuss increasing how much residents and businesses pay a month for trash pickup.
Currently residential rates are $15 and commercial rates are $22. If raised, residential rates would go up to $25 and commercial rates would rise to $32.
The public hearing is scheduled for March 12 at 6p at Ferriday Town Hall.
