Kidnapping Suspect Arrested by Caldwell Parish S.O.

The Caldwell Parish Sheriff's Office has arrested a Harrisonburg man, charging him with kidnapping and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling.
Deputies responded to an alert Thursday from the Rapides Parish Sheriff's Office that a woman had been taken against her will.
Authorities say the two were acquaintances and the woman in the vehicle, from Vidalia, is not injured.
The suspect, 39 year old Jaime Huff is accused of breaking into his ex-wife's house in Rapides Parish.
Investigators say he demanded that someone give him a ride.
The woman in the car was a friend of Huff's ex-wife, at the home at the time, and gave Huff the ride, but not willingly, according to deputies.
Investigators say Huff will be booked into the Caldwell Correctional Center and sent back to Rapides Parish, possibly Friday.
