David Reyna, the former teacher charged with calling in bomb threats to three schools, was sentenced to 65 months in prison this morning. All but 20 months were suspended.
Reyna also will serve three years probation and 100 hours of community service.
During sentencing Judge Stephens Winters says he doesn't believe Reyna will do something like this again and did show remorse for what he did.
Sentencing is scheduled for Thursday the former River Oaks School teacher accused of calling in bomb threats to three schools.
David Reyna pleaded guilty in December to communication of false information of bombing threat on school property.
He is scheduled to be sentenced at 9a.
Reyna was arrested in September for calling in threats at River Oaks, St. Fredrick, and Ouachita Christian School.
Reyna is out of jail on a $200,000 bond.
