We're learning more details in the case of a Morehouse Parish couple -- accused of theft and conspiracy.
Stacey Mewborn -- who authorities say will be charged once she is released from the hospital -- is still on probation for felony theft in Dickson County, Tennessee.
Stacey's husband, Quinton -- a former Morehouse Parish deputy -- is also charged in the case.
The two founded a group called Little Angels of Northeast Louisiana.
An investigation started after a complaint concerning funds.
Investigators say $4,000 was unaccounted for.
The Dickson County, Tennessee Clerk of Court says in 2008, Stacey Mewborn, who was going by Stacey Barnett at the time, took nearly 60-thousand dollars from her employer, "Express Personnel."
Court officials say she pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 6 years in the Tennessee Department of Corrections, but sentenced that was suspended.
The court says she still owes nearly $40,000 in restitution.
