Brady P. Hudspeth, 36, of 1101 Chantel Road, was arrested on Thursday by the Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit and the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office. He was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison without incident.
Hudspeth, a former mental health counselor intern, is charged with submitting false timesheets to a New Orleans care center where he was employed. Hudspeth fraudulently claimed that he provided services to Medicaid patients, resulting in the Medicaid program being falsely billed.
