Rapides Parish House Fire Turns Into Homicide Investigation

WARDVILLE, LA -- A man's body was found in the ruins of a burned home near Alexandria, Louisiana.
Firefighters were called out to the Wardville home Monday afternoon.
The body was discovered in the back of the house after crews contained the fire.
Investigators say this is now a homicide case.
They are trying to identify the victim and determine how he died and what caused the fire.
