Woman In Jail After Police Find Her Toddler Wandering A Street

MONROE -- A woman is in jail after police say they found her child wandering the streets by himself.
On Sunday around 7 p.m., police say officers found a two-year old boy walking in the middle of the 2800 block of Jackson Street by himself.
Police say officers removed the child from the street and conducted a search of the area to find his parents.
Investigation led to the arrest of the mother, Kimberly Ross of Monroe, for cruelty to a juvenile.
Ross is being held in OCC on a $1,000 bond.
