It's that time of year again - Christmas is only 21 days away. And that means parents are rushing to toy stores to find the perfect gift to put under the tree. But one research group -- testing 1,500 toys -- finding 1/3 of the toys on the shelves are contaminated with toxic chemicals.

Unlike food and cosmetics, where manufacturers are required to give an ingredients list -- toys do not. They found 1/3 of toys contained medium to high levels of toxic chemicals.
