Cassandra Shelling-Green had to pose for a mug shot when she was arrested. Police say Green, the daughter of school board president Brenda Shelling, was one of three who started a fight with a 15-year-old girl at a pep rally on the Wossman campus.

Police say they also plan to charge Shelling-Green's 24 year old daughter, Brittany Shelling. The women don't work at or attend the school-- but had permission to be on campus.

Principal Sam Moore said, "In fact they did come by the office and they had visitors pass, so that's ok, they did the right thing."

Police say these three visitors were involved in a fight that left the victim with knots on her head. The brawl is under investigation, and police say it was all caught on surveillance video. Principal Sam Moore says its not unusual for alumni, friends and supporters of schools to stop by during special events.

Sam Moore said, "Our policies have been working for years and we've never had a problem, we actually always have visitors on campus."

Shelling- Green has been in the news before...

She was fired by the school district in 2002, accused of a public flare up with the principal at Carroll High, and of showing up in a bathrobe at Lincoln Elementary. Then she was rejected just last year as a candidate for principal at Carroll.
