Williams was shot Monday morning when police say she began arguing with Tisha Lister. Police say the women were arguing over a man., 32 year old Ronald Gix who allegedly gave Lister a handgun she then used to shoot Williams in the neck. Lister and Gix are now facing a charge of 2nd degree murder.
