Toddler Death

The Concordia parish sheriff says the 18 month old child who was found Saturday in a ditch near his home drowned accidentally.
Deputies say, the boy walked out the front door of his home near Ferriday. Before his mother knew he was gone...a neighbor found the boys body in the ditch.
