Attempted Murder with a Bomb

It happened last night around 9 oclock. Deputies say 27 year old William Williams passed two cars that were parked at a red light, then crashed his car into a vehicle occupied by two adults and a small baby. Reports say he didnt stop after the crash but was eventually pulled over by cops. Thats when he began shouting "let me go so I can kill him." Deputies say they discovered two homemade bombs in the front seat of Williams vehicle. Reports say he told deputies he wanted to kill someone over gang turf wars and that he would find a way to kill that person even if that meant a child was also killed in the process.
