Audit Shows Problems with Grambling State University Financial Accountability

An internal audit released on Grambling State University exposes some problems.
From how the university has been reporting its finances to hours logged by the schools police chief.
As students gear up for their summer classes...news that a state audit of their schools financial statements, quote, show problems and is a cause for concern -- isnt sitting well.
One example from the report involves movable property, which are the schools computers and audio equipment.
In three years, the school has lost over 300 thousand dollars worth.
Its a problem that plagues schools statewide.
Ralph Wilson with Grambling State University says the school is investigating everything in the audit. And he says he assures everyone and taxpayers that any discrepancies will be cleared up.
