Appeal Lost in South Arkansas Robbery Conviction

28-year-old Kendell Nickelson was convicted of aggravated robbery and theft of property in connection with the 2010 robbery of the North Crossett branch of First Financial Bank.

Donna Woodberry was shot and killed during the course of the robbery and her car was used as the getaway vehicle.

Nickelson was sentenced to a total of 90 years in prison for his role in the crime, but appealed his conviction which he lost.
