More Mosquito Spraying Tonight in Ouachita Parish

The Ouachita Parish Mosquito Abatement District will be out again Tuesday spraying areas recently affected by West Nile Virus.
The spraying will go from 9 o'clock Tuesday night until 1 a.m. in the morning and will cover 60-thousand acres.
Last week we reported 18 new mosquito samples tested positive for West Nile Virus.
The infected mosquito pools were found in Monroe's Garden District, near the Hidden Lakes subdivision in West Monroe and near the Pine Hills subdivision.
