West Monroe Police Looking for Shoplifters

WEST MONROE -- On September 6 around 2:30 p.m., two men walked into a local discount store in West Monroe and shoplifted nearly $500 worth of merchandise.
Surveillance footage shows the two men walk in, and pick out several items. They then moved to a different part of the store where they removed the selected merchandise from its original packaging, and hid it inside other packaging, priced at a lower amount.
The went to a self-checkout kiosk and didn't pay for the concealed merchandise. They left, activating an alarm, and quickly fled the area in an unknown area.
