Prosecutors are now charging three former employees of the school district with felonies, accusing them of breaking state ethics laws and mis-spending school funds.

Superintendent John Jordan, former treasurer Nancy Risher, and former construction superintendent James Ederington are facing counts of fraudulent use of school district funds, and violating ethics guidelines.

In May, legislative auditors reported that Jordan concealed thousands of dollars in payments illegally made to Ederington.
