El Dorado's Salvation Army spent part of the day cooking food that they expect will feed 2 to 250 people in need of a good meal.
Volunteers have smoked hams and turkeys and prepped casseroles and desserts for Thursday's feast.
Salvation Army officials say that Thursday will be made possible through the help of volunteers and donations.
"That's really what helps us make it a big success and what helps the Salvation Army do what we can do."
The Salvation Army will be serving their Thanksgiving meal tomorrow from 11 to 2.
