Bone Marrow Drive Friday for Teenager

A bone marrow registry drive is being held Friday in Monroe to help a Bossier City teen diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma.

14-year-old Jamaya Johnson is one of four siblings and is battling the the cancer for the third time.

The bone marrow registry drive will be held at the Rose of Sharon Baptist Church from 1130a until 3p.
A second drive will be held Saturday in Bossier City at Rusheon Middle School.
Those that register will be placed on the National Marrow Donor Program's list as potential marrow donors.
