Holiday Express Visiting Ruston & Monroe

The Holiday Express train is making its way to northeast Louisiana.
The six-car train, that brings Santa Claus to locations across the country, will be in Ruston this evening and in Monroe on Wednesday.
Led by Kansas City Southern's Southern Belle business train, the Holiday Express train includes a smiling tank car "Rudy"; a flatcar carrying Santa's sleigh, reindeer and a miniature village; a ginger bread boxcar; the elves' workshop; the reindeer stable; and a little red caboose.
Kids can tour the train and visit Santa. Afterwards kids will receive a free gift bag.
The Holiday Express also has a charitable component. At each scheduled stop, The KCS Charitable Fund makes a contribution of gift cards to the local Salvation Army.
