An Oak Ridge woman was killed Thanksgiving night in a crash in Richland Parish.

Louisiana State Police say a 1999 Toyota Camry, driven by 24-year-old Susan Griffioen of Mobile, Alabama, was traveling south on Louisiana Highway 133 when the Camry ran off the roadway to the right. The Camry then traveled back onto the roadway and across both lanes of travel where it overturned, partially ejecting the front passenger, 23-year-old Amanda Bebout of Oak Ridge.
Bebout suffered fatal injuries as a result of the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Richland Parish Coroner's Office. Griffioen was properly restrained and did not report any injuries.
Impairment is suspected. Griffioen was arrested and booked into Richland Parish Detention Center for vehicular homicide and DWI. The crash remains under investigation.
