Monroe Police Look for Stolen Vehicle after Shooting

Monroe Police are searching for a vehicle they say was stolen after a shooting Monday night.
The shooting happened just after five on the 3900 block of Gerald Street in Monroe. One person was shot in the abdomen, taken to the hospital and is in surgery. Police would not release the victim's condition.
They say the shooters then stole the victim's black 2012 Chevy Cruze. The vehicle has Tennessee plates with number D76484.
Investigators are asking anyone who sees this vehicle to call the Monroe Police Department at 318-329-2600.
