Death Penalty a Possibility for a South Arkansas Man

Union County Prosecutors say that they may pursue the death penalty in the case of 40-year-old Johnny Tubbs if he's found guilty of a double homicide.
Tubbs is accused of shooting 23-year-old Chenise Hall and 39-year-old Daniel Jackson inside their car on 110 South Roselawn Avenue in El Dorado back in October.
Hall's 3-year-old son was in the backseat of the car unharmed at the time of the shooting.
Tubbs is being held at the Union County Jail without bond.
