Sentencing for a Monroe chiropractor and doctor involved in the illegal import of human growth hormones is postponed and the doctor involved withdraws a guilty plea.
Attorney's for Dallas Humble filed a motion in U.S. district court to continue sentencing last week.
Humble was to be sentenced this week for his role in the illegal importation of HGH from China that's been postponed. So has sentencing for his co-defendant, Dr. Linda Bunch.
Her attorney's asked the court to withdraw her guilty plea made in July.
Bunch says she was pressured into a guilty plea by her lawyers.
She, now claims *new* evidence discovered by new defense attorneys proves she had no part in the import scheme.
Bunch's hearing over plea withdrawal is set for December 14th.
No date has been set for sentencing hearings.
