Update:
The Monroe City School Board decided to put off a meeting that was supposed to center around Board Member Vickie Krutzer and a voice mail recording that contained a racial slur.
Board members Vickie Dayton, Glynn Ludley and Clarence Sharp did not make today's meeting.
The matter will be brought up again on December 18 at 6p.
The school board was supposed to consider a complaint filed by Monroe City Schools Chief Accountant Davona Howard. The complaint asks to have Krutzer no longer contact Howard and accuses Krutzer of creating a hostile work environment.
The board was also expected to consider a motion or action for the censorship of Board member Vickie Krutzer.
Last week word of a voice mail left with Davon Howard from Vickie Krutzer contained a racial slur became public. During the call you could hear an unidentified male saying "I mean, Vickie, are any of these n*****s have an IQ above ten?
The Board met last Tuesday, but no action was taken.
Krutzer's lawyer filed a complaint with the District Attorney's office, saying the school board violated the open meetings law when a motion to go into executive session was never voted on.
