Susan Waller Mummert of Lakewood, California. Independent Consultant. Most recently served as Director of Categorical Programs of Azusa Unified School District in Azusa, California.
M. David Claxton of Monroe, Louisiana. Serves as school principal of Sallie Humble Elementary School---Monroe, Louisiana.
Dr. Billye Burns of West Monroe, Louisiana. Most recently served as Program Evaluator for the Louisiana Quality Education Support Fund-8(g), State of Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education.
