El Dorado Man Killed in Highway Accident in Pulaski County

An El Dorado man is killed in a crash Tuesday night, making it the first highway fatality in Arkansas for 2013.
Arkansas State Police say Lucas Hall walked in front of a car on I-530 in Pulaski County.
The driver of the car that hit Hall was not injured.
