NBC NEWS -- The Washington Post is reporting that president Obama's 2008 election campaign has agreed to pay a $375,000 fine to the Federal Elections Commission.
The campaign was fined for failing to report the identities of donors who contributed $2 million in the final weeks before the election.
The FEC discovered several campaign violations, including misreporting the dates of $85 million in other contributions.
The $375,000 fine is among the largest in the history of the FEC.
