Concordia Parish Declares State of Emergency

Concordia Parish has declared a state of emergency following the heavy rains that left many areas of the parish flooded.
Five other parishes across the state have also declared a state of emergency:
Acadia, Avoyelles, Evangeline, Livingston & St. Landry.
In nearby Natchez, MS 5.15 inches of rain have fell since Tuesday.
