Gas Prices Rising

NBC NEWS -- Gas prices rose over the past three weeks for the first time since October.
The Lundberg survey reports that the nationwide average price for regular is now $3.32 a gallon. That's up about seven cents since the last survey released on December 21.
The lowest average price is in Salt Lake City, where a gallon is going for $2.76.
Gas prices are highest in Long Island, New York, with an an average cost of $3.75 a gallon.
