Mississippi Governor Wants to Block Any New Federal Gun Laws

Mississippi Governor Phil Bryant wants to make it illegal to enforce any new federal gun laws in his state.
Gov. Bryant sent a letter to the Mississippi Speaker of the House and Lt. Governor, asking them to pass legislation that will make, what Bryant calls "any unconstitutional order" by the President illegal to enforce.
