Arkansas lawmakers received a crash course in Medicaid Wednesday .
They received a program overview from the state's Human Services Director.
Governor Mike Beebe said this afternoon that it may be possible for Arkansas to implement a partial Medicaid expansion, an idea that started with the republican majority.
Beebe says he'll bring up the issue with federal health officials.
