Ag Expo Wraps Up in West Monroe

WEST MONROE -- The 31'st annual Ag Expo wrapped up its season at the Ike Hamilton Expo Center on Saturday.
All the fun started up again this morning at 9 a.m. The exhibition hall was packed with visitors and 175 booths featuring tractors and other farm equipment, mowers, ATVs, and food products.
Throughout the barns there were goats, baby chicks, and miniature cows for the kids to enjoy.
The expo helps educate the public on the many ways agriculture touches daily lives, from explaining the food chain to the many uses of agriculture products.
