All Monroe City Offices, Monroe City Court, Monroe City Marshals Office, Civic Center, Masur Museum of Art, Community Centers, and Monroe Transit.
The following WILL BE OPEN:
- Chennault Golf Course
- Louisiana Purchase Gardens & Zoo

Garbage normally collected on Monday, January 21st WILL BE COLLECTED ON Wednesday, January 23.
