Investigators Searching for Man Seen in Surveillance Pictures With Murder Victim

MOREHOUSE PARISH -- Investigators in Morehouse Parish need your help to locate a man that may have some information involving a homicide.
Here are some surveillance pictures taken from a truck stop casino in Minden off exit 38 in the pre-dawn hours of Saturday, January 12.
He can be seen sitting next to Julia Hong Vogel, whose body was found in Morehouse parish last week.
This man appears to be in his late 20's to mid 30's, with short red or sandy colored hair and long sideburns. He was wearing a necklace and also smokes.
Morehouse Parish authorities say they don't consider this man a suspect, but they would like to speak with him.
The victim, Julia Vogel, was last seen wearing a camo jacket, walking east on the milepost 38 on-ramp near Minden on the afternoon of January 12 or 13.
Her body was found in a ditch, on January 15.
